There’s something nostalgic about the classic s’more: the crackle of campfire, the melty chocolate, the gooey marshmallow. But now you can enjoy all that cozy goodness without leaving the comfort of your kitchen — and without lighting a fire. These 4-ingredient s’mores bites are quick, fuss-free, and perfect for holiday gatherings, cozy nights in, or last-minute desserts. Better yet, they’re small, portable, and crowd-pleasing.

What You’ll Need
- Graham cracker sheets — broken and cut into 8ths
- Marshmallow fluff
- Chocolate of your choice, melted
- Festive sprinkles
Tip: Choose a sturdy graham cracker sheet (not loose crumbs) so the bites hold together well. Dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate all work, and you could even use white chocolate for a fun twist.
How to Make Mini S’mores Bites
- Prepare the graham crackers.
Break each graham cracker sheet along the pre-scored lines into four pieces. Then cut each piece in half to create perfect little squares. - Assemble the s’mores.
Place about ½ teaspoon of marshmallow fluff on one cracker square. Top with a second square to create a mini “sandwich.” - Melt the chocolate.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and glossy. - Dip and decorate.
Gently dip each s’mores bite halfway into the melted chocolate — don’t press too hard or the fluff might squish out. Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle festive sprinkles on top.
Note: You can also chill your s’mores bites in the fridge or freezer before you dip them in chocolate to make the marshmallow fluff firmer. Just note that if you do this, the chocolate will harden much quicker, so you’ll need to work quickly with the sprinkles. - Chill until set.
Refrigerate for at least an hour, or until the chocolate has fully hardened. Then enjoy!

Pro Tips and Variations
- Gluten-free option: Use gluten-free graham crackers and ensure your marshmallow fluff is gluten-free.
- Vegan-friendly twist: Use dairy-free chocolate and a vegan marshmallow fluff.
- Add crunch or flavor: After dipping in chocolate and before it sets, press chopped nuts, crushed peppermint candies, or mini toffee bits onto the chocolate for extra texture and flavor.
- Storage: Keep bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week — though they rarely last that long! For longer storage, freeze for up to a month and thaw for 10 minutes before serving.
