These 4-ingredient s’mores bites are the easiest no-bake mini desserts — graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, melted chocolate and sprinkles, chilled until set.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Graham cracker sheets cut into 8ths
  • 10 tsp Marshmallow fluff
  • 3/4 cup chocolate of choice melted
  • Festive sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Start by breaking your graham cracker sheets along the dotted lines to get four pieces, and then cut each of those pieces in half so you have two equal square squares from each piece.
  • Spoon about half a teaspoon of marshmallow fluff onto a square and top it with another square to make your little s'more.
  • Melt chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between until smooth, and then dip half of your s’more gently into the chocolate. Don’t squeeze them too hard, so the fluff doesn’t come out!
  • Place your dipped s’mores on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and finish with some festive sprinkles. Put in the fridge for at least an hour to let the chocolate harden And enjoy!
