Maldon Sea Salt is often the finishing touch on my dishes, both salty and sweet. Founded in 1882, England’s Maldon Salt Crystal Company still draws salt from seawater using traditional long-handled rakes, processing it with no artificial additives for flavor that’s pure and clean. The end result is crisp, clear, large flakes of salt that add a perfect salty punch to recipes and look beautiful.
These are also key to some of my sweet and salty recipes, like my Salted Brownie Cookies. I keep a bag of Maldon Sea Salt on hand at all times, to give my recipes a perfect little zip of salt! Great on savory dishes (fries especially) as well!
