Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese thick shreds work best
  • 6 slices bacon cooked, cooled, and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp hot honey

Instructions
 

  • Place your cream cheese on the counter ahead of time and let it come completely to room temperature so it softens up properly.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the nonfat plain Greek yogurt, using a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to cream them together until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth.
  • Set aside a small handful of the crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of the chopped green onions to use later for your topping.
  • Add the remaining crumbled bacon, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, remaining green onions, and the ranch seasoning directly into the cream cheese mixture. Stir the dip thoroughly until all the mix-ins are evenly distributed throughout the creamy base.
  • Drizzle in the hot honey and give the dip one final mix to fully integrate that sweet and spicy flavor. Taste a little bit of the dip and adjust any of the seasonings or mix-ins to match your personal preference.
  • Transfer the dip into your favorite serving bowl, scatter the reserved crumbled bacon and chopped green onions across the top as a garnish, and store it tightly covered in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it cold with your favorite chips, pretzels, or veggies.
