In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk together
Add greek yogurt into four mixture and stir together until a shaggy dough forms
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead 10-15 times, until uniform. Dough will be sticky
Cut dough into 10 pieces and roll each piece into a ball
Finely chop smoked salmon and mix with cream cheese
Flatten each dough ball (should be roughly 2.5 inches in diameter), and fill each flattened dough ball with 1/2 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture
Seal the dough, pressing the edge and rolling it so you're left with a sealed ball of dough with the filling inside
Place stuffed bagel bombs onto lined baking sheet (I prefer to use silicone baking sheets) and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with everything seasoning (or sesame seeds, etc).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bagel bombs are lightly golden. Let cool before enjoying (nobody likes liquid cream cheese magma). Enjoy!
