- 1 cup fresh mango
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk I use Fairlife for added protein
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or use honey, maple syrup, etc
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Peel and chop the mango into chunks.
Add ice, milk, Greek yogurt, mango, and monk fruit sweetener into blender.
Blend until smooth (about a minute).
Pour into a glass, garnish with some additional chopped mango and fresh mint leaves.
Enjoy immediately!
