Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk I use Fairlife for added protein
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or use honey, maple syrup, etc
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the mango into chunks.
  • Add ice, milk, Greek yogurt, mango, and monk fruit sweetener into blender.
  • Blend until smooth (about a minute).
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with some additional chopped mango and fresh mint leaves.
  • Enjoy immediately!
