A sweet and nostalgic cereal milk latte made with Lucky Charms–infused milk, espresso, whipped cream, and marshmallows for a fun twist on an iced coffee.
Add the milk and cereal to a jar, shake together, and let sit for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight for richer flavor. Strain out the cereal pieces (the milk will likely be a blue or green color and that's ok!)
Pull 2 shots of espresso and place them in the refrigerator to cool.
Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour in the cereal-infused milk. Top each glass with the espresso.
Finish with whipped cream and extra cereal marshmallows. Mix together and enjoy!
