1 avocado 1 jalapeno seeds removed lime juice from one lime 3 tbsp light mayo or paleo mayo 1 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp cilantro fresh 1 clove garlic salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt/pepper/lime accordingly, or make hotter by adding more jalapeno or a dash of hot sauce.
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
