Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups stuffing cold leftover
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth
  • 12 small cubes of cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Use a fork to fluff up your stuffing. If the chunks are too big, pulse it in a food processor before mixing.
  • Add the beaten egg and mix well. Add chicken broth a tablespoon at a time until you have a sticky mixture that binds together.
  • Use a large cookie scoop to scoop the mixture, place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, and form a ball around it.
  • Arrange the balls on an air fryer tray, spray with cooking spray, and air fry at 370°F until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy and enjoy!
