Cookie Scoop
- 3 cups stuffing cold leftover
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 12 small cubes of cheddar cheese
Use a fork to fluff up your stuffing. If the chunks are too big, pulse it in a food processor before mixing.
Add the beaten egg and mix well. Add chicken broth a tablespoon at a time until you have a sticky mixture that binds together.
Use a large cookie scoop to scoop the mixture, place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, and form a ball around it.
Arrange the balls on an air fryer tray, spray with cooking spray, and air fry at 370°F until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy and enjoy!
