Ingredients
  

  • 5.3 oz vanilla Greek yogurt if using a plain Greek yogurt, add vanilla extract and 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or honey
  • 1 oz chocolate protein powder about 1/3 cup
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 Oreos chopped
  • 8 gummy worms

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the vanilla Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa powder, then mix thoroughly until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Add the Cool Whip to the bowl and gently fold it into the mixture until fully combined and light in texture.
  • Sprinkle in the sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and stir until evenly incorporated throughout.
  • Let the mixture sit for about five minutes to allow it to thicken.
  • Top with chopped Oreos and gummy worms.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy with your favorite dippers.
