2.5tbspmaple syrup
6tbspalmond flour
1.5tbspcoconut flour
1tspbaking powder
Instructions
Add apples to large saucepan with monk fruit sweetener and simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes. Once the apples have released liquid, add cornstarch and stir, letting it thicken for about 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine crumble topping ingredients in a bowl until you have a solid dough ball.
Lightly grease a 9×9 baking pan and pour in apple filling. Crumble the dough ball over top, creating an even topping layer.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Cut and serve with ice cream or whipped cream (use dairy-free to keep it vegan). Enjoy!
