Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Gallon Freezer Bag
  • Microwave

Ingredients

  • 6 rice cakes crushed
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Crush the rice cakes in a large zip-top bag until you have small bite-sized clusters. Pour into a bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second increments on half power, stirring in between each round until completely smooth. Stir in the cashew butter and molasses until well combined.
  • Pour the warm mixture over the crushed rice cakes and mix until every piece is evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Pour the spiced powdered sugar into the bag with the coated rice cakes, seal the bag, and shake until everything is fully dusted.
  • Let cool and enjoy.
