Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 5.3 ounce vanilla Greek yogurt one small single-serve container
  • 2.5 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine the Cool Whip, vanilla Greek yogurt, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Add the pudding mix and continue mixing for at least one to two minutes, until fully incorporated. As the dip sits, it will thicken into a whipped, cheesecake-like texture.
  • Serve chilled with pretzels, graham crackers, or cut fruit, and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
