Equipment

  • Microwave
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pretzels mini, salted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 oz fruity pebbles crushed
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Combine the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds, then stir vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted, glossy, and smooth. Microwave in additional 10 second increments as necessary.
  • Place your pretzels into a medium mixing bowl and pour the melted white chocolate mixture directly over the top. Toss the pretzels gently with a spatula until every single piece is evenly and thoroughly coated in the chocolate shell. Transfer the chocolate-covered pretzels into a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  • Crush your Fruity Pebbles cereal into small pieces, taking care not to grind them into a powder. Add the powdered sugar and the crushed Fruity Pebbles directly into the bag with the pretzels.
  • Seal the freezer bag securely and shake it well, tossing the ingredients around until the cereal and sugar completely coat the wet chocolate on the pretzels.
  • Place the sealed bag straight into the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the white chocolate to fully firm up and set before serving.
