Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons runny peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 4 plain or salted rice cakes
  • 1/2 cup pretzels
  • 1/2 cup chocolate melted with 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 8 mini pretzels for topping
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts for topping
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Crush the rice cakes and pretzels into small pieces and add them to a bowl. Mix in the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until everything is evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 9×5-inch pan, making sure it is packed tightly so the bars hold together.
  • Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and spread evenly.
  • Top with additional pretzels, peanuts, and flaky sea salt. Refrigerate or freeze until fully set, then cut into bars and serve.
