Instructions
Add one and a half tablespoons of chocolate chips into the bottom of each freezer pop bag. Carefully place the bottom of the bags into a mug filled with boiling hot water for about one to two minutes until the chocolate is completely melted. Use a dull knife or a chopstick to gently spread the melted chocolate up the sides of the bag until the interior is evenly coated.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow Greek yogurts and the Cool Whip, stirring until smooth. Gently fold the crushed graham cracker pieces into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
Transfer the s'mores mixture into a piping bag for clean assembly. Carefully pipe the filling into each chocolate-coated bag, sharing the mixture evenly so it sits perfectly inside the chocolate lining.
Seal the zip-tops of the bags securely and place them flat in the freezer. Freeze the pops for three to four hours or until completely solid.
When ready to eat, simply peel back or remove the freezer pop bag and enjoy your lightened-up dessert.
