2 cups Chex cereal 1 cup pretzel sticks broken into smaller pieces 1/3 cup peanuts 1/2 cup m&ms optional 1/2 cup white chocolate 2 tbsp peanut butter only ingredient should be peanuts 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles optional
Combine Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, and peanuts in a large bowl and mix well.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute, then stir until smooth, microwaving in 10-second increments if needed.
Stir peanut butter into the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the snack mix and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag, add sprinkles (and powdered sugar if using), seal, and shake until coated. Add M&Ms and mix together.
Let harden in the fridge for about one hour or until set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. Enjoy!
