Microwave
- 5 chocolate rice cakes
- 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate pudding mix about 1 packet
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 5 Oreos chopped into large chunks
- 1/2 cup gummy worms about 20 worms
Place the chocolate rice cakes in a zip-top bag and gently crush them into bite-sized pieces, keeping some larger chunks for texture.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the crushed rice cakes and mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a large bag, then add the chopped Oreos and sugar-free chocolate pudding mix.
Seal the bag and shake well until everything is evenly coated.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Transfer to a serving bowl and add the gummy worms, gently mixing them in before serving.
Store at room temperature and enjoy.
