Equipment

  • Milk Frother

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 Oreos cream separated from cookies
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener optional, or any sweetener you like
  • 2 cups cold brew
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Separate the cream filling from the two Oreo cookies.
  • Crush the chocolate cookie wafers into a fine powder. Reserve 2 teaspoons of the crushed cookie crumbs to use as a topping later.
  • Place the Oreo cream filling into a small microwave-safe dish and microwave for 40 to 60 seconds until it gets soft and runny.
  • In a small cup, glass, or measuring pitcher, add the warmed Oreo cream, heavy cream, milk, vanilla paste, optional sweetener, and the remaining crushed Oreo crumbs.
  • Submerge a handheld milk frother into the mixture and froth for 40 to 60 seconds until the cream expands into a thick, velvety cold foam.
  • Fill two serving glasses to the top with fresh ice. Divide the cold brew evenly between the glasses, leaving space at the top.
  • Spoon or pour the thick Oreo cold foam over the cold brew and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs over the top. Serve immediately!
