Break the pretzel sticks into thirds, keeping the pieces slightly uneven for a more natural texture.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter and heat for 60 seconds on high, then stir until completely smooth. If needed, continue heating in 10-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the pretzels and mix until all of the pieces are evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop and drop 8 clusters onto the parchment, shaping them into tight nest-like mounds so the chocolate helps bind them together.
