Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Microwave

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup mini pretzel sticks broken into thirds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 24 Cadbury or mini candy eggs

Instructions

  • Break the pretzel sticks into thirds, keeping the pieces slightly uneven for a more natural texture.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter and heat for 60 seconds on high, then stir until completely smooth. If needed, continue heating in 10-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the pretzels and mix until all of the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop and drop 8 clusters onto the parchment, shaping them into tight nest-like mounds so the chocolate helps bind them together.
  • Place 3 candy eggs onto each nest, gently pressing them in so they stick to the chocolate.
  • Transfer to the fridge for 1.5 to 2 hours or the freezer for about 30 minutes, until the chocolate is fully set. Enjoy!
