Ingredients
  

Salad:
  • 8 cups iceberg Lettuce shredded (roughly one head)
  • 5 slices thin provolone chopped
  • 4 oz Turkey pepperoni chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 6 oz Ham chopped, about 1 cup
  • 2/3 cup Banana peppers chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp powdered confectioners sugar replacement
  • Salt pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop all salad ingredients and add to a mixing bowl. Toss together.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Enjoy! Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the fridge.
