Mix chopped jalapeno, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and seasoning in a small bowl.
Combine all purpose flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Mix together and then add nonfat Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms and then flour the outside of the dough well so it’s easy to handle.
Cut into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Create an indent in the center and flatten each piece until you have a disc that’s about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Fill each ball with about 1 tsp of the filling (if you have extra, you can go back and add a bit more). Pinch the edges together to close up the ball.
Roll it back into a ball shape and place on an air fryer tray. Spray well with cooking spray, top with a bit more seasoning and air fry at 350F for ~9 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, and reheat in the microwave or air fryer (350F for 4 min).
