1/2cupchocolate chipsif following WW use Lily's or Swerve chocolate
1/3cuppeanut butteror nut butter of choice
2tbsppowdered peanut butter
6tbsppowdered sugar replacementor 6-10 tbsp powdered sugar, just enough to coat
Instructions
Pop your popcorn, remove any kernels, and add to a large mixing bowl.
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate and peanut butter and melt in 30 second increments, mixing together until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps. Pour over popcorn and gently mix until all popcorn has some chocolate coating.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then toss with powdered sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, and powdered peanut butter. Gently toss until all of the popcorn is covered and no wet chocolate remains.
Let chill in the fridge for an hour until fully set. Enjoy!
