Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz cole slaw
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
Dressing
  • 2/3 cup light mayo
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed

Instructions
 

  • Combine slaw mix and chopped green onion in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Coat slaw mix in dressing and toss to fully coat. Let sit in the fridge for 30-40 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
