These brownie cups are soft, chewy, and full of peanut butter and chocolate flavor (and they're huge). At just 8 WW SP each (blue/purple), they're an indulgent treat that's worth every point.
Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin pan with silicone baking cups or spray well with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together brownie mix and PB2. In another bowl, whisk together oil, water, and eggs. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix together.
Split batter evenly between 16 cups (top with extra chocolate chips if desired) and bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
