1ozsugar free pudding mixvanilla or banana creme flavor
1 3/4cup2% milk
2bananassliced into 1/4 inch rounds
16nilla wafersor 40 minis
4tbspfat free whipped cream
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cold milk and pudding mix and whisk together. Whisk for about 2 minutes and then put in the fridge to set.
Crush nilla wafers (you want large chunks) and set aside. Slice bananas.
In a small jar, add some crushed nilla wafers to the bottom and top with 2 heaping tbsp of pudding. Layer sliced bananas. Add more crushed cookies, then pudding, then banana until you reach the top of your jar. Top with extra sliced bananas, a tbsp of whipped cream, and some crushed nilla wafers. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days (cookies will get soft)!
