This air fried funnel cake will transport you right to a county fair, but without the janky rides and added grease. These are just 2 WW SP each on all plans.
Prepare air fryer tray/basket by spraying well, using a parchment paper liner if available. Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine greek yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla and stir to combine fully.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until you have a uniform batter. It should be thicker than a pancake batter and able to be piped and keep its shape. If too runny, add more flour 1 tbsp at a time.
Pour batter into a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the tip cut off and pipe 12 funnel cakes. You can do any shape you want (I opted for swirls).
Spray tops of funnel cakes well with cooking spray and air fry at 370F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Dust with powdered sugar and any additional toppings and enjoy!
