1Tspsesame oil
1/2Tspcorn starch + 1/2 tsp water
Instructions
Prepare rice and broccoli and set aside.
In a frying pan over medium heat, add a bit of oil or cooking spray and add ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and break up into crumbles. Cook thoroughly until no pink remains.
In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients (minus cornstarch mixture) over medium heat and mix to combine. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes, then add corn starch slurry and mix in well to thicken the sauce. Remove from heat, pour sauce over ground turkey and toss to coat.
Build each bowl by adding 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup broccoli, and topping with 1/4 of the turkey mixture. Enjoy!
